After-sales service
Marchandise’s after-sales service relies on a team of 36 employees, including technicians, dispatchers, a technical inspector and parts specialists, ensuring responsive and high-quality support.
Thanks to our on-call service available 7 days a week, 365 days a year, we respond quickly to ensure the continuity of your operations and minimise equipment downtime.
With 16 service vans and more than 4,000 interventions carried out each year, our teams provide maintenance, repairs and breakdown assistance for the machines of the brands for which we are authorised dealers: Manitou, Takeuchi, Toyota, Gehl, Avant, Giant and Pöttinger.
We also carry out complete pre-delivery inspections and maintain the machines in our rental fleet to ensure reliable, high-performing and fully operational equipment.
In addition, we maintain a large stock of spare parts to respond quickly to your needs.

Transport
Marchandise’s transport department relies on a team of 17 employees, including drivers, dispatchers and machine preparation specialists, to ensure the transportation of your equipment under the best possible conditions.
With 11 trucks dedicated to transport operations, we deliver your equipment directly to your jobsite, providing a reliable, punctual and secure service. Our team manages the entire process, from planning through to on-site delivery, helping you save time and simplify your logistics.
Each machine is inspected and prepared before departure to ensure it is delivered ready for use. Loading, securing and unloading operations are carried out with the utmost care to guarantee safe transportation, handling adapted to each piece of equipment and efficient delivery directly to your jobsite.
